Many times in the real estate world, the seller is not kept informed of the ever changing real estate market. Communication in this business is Vital. It is your Realtor’s job to let you know what is happening in the market, good, bad, or indifferent. 

Michael calls or e-mails all of his sellers once a week, usually on Thursday or Friday afternoons, to inform his sellers on market conditions and upcoming advertisements. He also utilizes automatic e-mails that inform his sellers of neighborhood market activity, new homes going up for sale in the neighborhood and what homes sold for in the neighborhood.  This insures that the Michael’s sellers are on top of market conditions at all times!  Michael also will call his sellers to set up showings and for feedback from showings.  Feedback from potential buyers is critical information all sellers need to know.
